UPDATE: 3/20/14
Well… The new comp plan is out and everywhere on the net. Some of it is good some not so good in my opinion. I really not gonna break it down here simply because… Well I just liked the old comp plan better. If you would like a copy of it hit me up in the comments and I’ll get it to you.
I’m thinking that there are a lot of you in the same shoes.
If so check out this comp plan that is similar to the old plan with Telex but with some higher payouts and no customers to maintain.
Our team is growing fast! Get in quick!
UPDATE: 3/3/14
Here is a team training that just took place on March 1, 2014 about the new comp plan.
Heres the deal…. They in my opinion leave out a very big part of the qualifications.
So take this as kind of a unofficial official presentation of the comp plan. I really think they will be shedding more light on all the qualifications this week leading up to the launch of the plan.
Old Video That Isn’t Exactly Accurate!
I know everyone is looking for the break down of what is needed for the qualification of the family plus plan and the so called required number of clients needed.
I like you need clarification on those as well. So lets just wait and see what corporate comes out with at the end of the week!!
There are some comp plans in writing out there that are stating that they are the official plan.
I personally just want to wait and see what corporate puts out before I go nuts over it.
Old Post
TelexFree has announced that they will be enhancing the pay plan!
I know this is doing one of two things for everyone involved.
I know that there are bloggers out there saying they have the new plan. And they may have it, but until it is announced by the company here in the U.S. try not to put much weight on what they’re showing you.
I’ll be getting you the full details on the Telexfree new comp plan as soon as it is released. My team and myself will break it down and get you the good and the bad of thing.
Telexfree Tips:
Current Promotors:
1. Business as usual. Don’t try to over think the whole deal. Believe me its easy to do… Just keep placing your ads and showing people the product.
2. Make educated business decisions. Again do things that you believe to be in the best interest of your business.
3. Buying spots. Well.. If it’s in your plan to purchase more spots I would say go for it.
(I’ve heard that all existing contracts will be grandfathered in for the duration of the contract, but just be smart.)
Stay the course!
On The Fence or New Promotors:
1. Do you purchase spots now even though the prices maybe going down? I would say YES! Main reason is we don’t really know what requirements will be changing coming down the pipe. It’s a great time to get started and build your business for lasting success.
2. Do you buy multiple spots coming in? Why the heck not? Look it’s obvious that changes are coming but, if your plan is to hit the deck running go for it. It may be 4, 6, 8 months before the new comp plan comes into effect. It maybe tomorrow!
3. Probably the best advice I can give you is just keep it simple. It’s a business, it’s hard to predict what will happen with any business. Right now is a time have a plan and stick to it. Not my plan or someone else’s plan, YOUR PLAN. If you don’t have one come up with one!
I know you’re making a plan on limited information but that is what we’re dealt with as of March 1, 2014.
In Good Faith
I really believe that TelexFree will make changes to the comp plan that will give us a stronger company to work from. It will enhance our pay and build on the infrastructure if you will… for the company. We all want a company that will stand on its own and give us a great platform to earn a income.
So…. Stay Tuned.
As soon as the new plan is released we will be one of the first to break it down for you.

Under the old plan I bought all of my own positions and customers. Now under the new plan we have to maintain 5 customers in order to get paid. So I have to pay 49.90 for each of the 5 customers and only receive 4.99 for signing each one up. Wow, that is huge…NOT! Under the old play I was receiving 44.91 commision for signing up just 1 customer. I would be losing money by maintaining 5 customers. Can you expand on this for us all so that we can better understand how we are getting screwed over under the new plan? Thanks
You’re pretty much right on. They did change the requirements for the 50$ a week which you will only have to maintain 2 customers and have 2 promotors under you who do the same. You’re in the same boat as me by buying your own spots and customers. I really think they are gearing up for the new products which I believe will have a cheaper price tag. But we shall see.
Will the old contracts still pay out the same??
Yes they do!
Or no they don’t! As of April 1 we have all the same requirements as the new comp plans in order to withdraw our money. Huge update**
See my most recent post on the new withdraw rules.
