So I’ve been thinking a bit and i figured i’d write a quick one about Network Marketing Tips For Beginners.

First of all, if you have anymore or any questions hit me up in the comments box and I’ll get ya!

So you’re thinking about getting into network marketing! Thats great… but here are some things they don’t tell you about your new company. I know what you’re saying “My company is different” No it’s not. They’re all pretty standard.

Rule 1

We’ll call them rules instead of tips!

First rule is never believe the hype.

They show you graphs and ungodly figures. They will have you in the upper income tax bracket with a hundred dollar investment. I’m not saying it won’t happen, I’m just saying that 99% of the people don’t. So… Put those dreams of that new benzo back in there for a bit.
Look at the opportunity objectively all the way thru and almost try to talk yourself out of it. Really pick it apart as far as good and bad.  If at the end you still want to get started… Than go get it!

Rule 2

If The Product Sucks.. Than It Sucks!

This is one of my favorites that I hear all the time. People start a new business with a company that the product is ahhhhnnnn… Remember if you can’t stand behind it with your own story than how are you ever gonna sell that motha …  Don’t force it or people will see right thru you and know you’re full of crap.

But really tho, why sell something that you don’t believe solves a problem. There are a ton of good products out there, don’t make up stories of your product curing something and or saving the day.

Rule 3

I’ll Show Grandma Wendy, She’ll Buy It!

And what sucks is she probably will.  hmmm.  But what is she gonna do you and your business?  You’d probably be better off just going over and asking her to pay you 100 bucks a month and call it a day.  Sponsors love to tell you to go after the easy sells to get started.  I’m telling you don’t do that.

Rule 4

Just Give Me Your List And We’ll Call Them Together!

Sponsors love to send you home the first day and have you start your list of friends and family that they can talk to.  I do not market my friends and family.  Trust me if you start doing well in anything, they will see and market themselves to you.  Sponsors use this strategy for two main reasons… One is to grow their own lists.  Most sponsors jump around from company to company, so lets say you drop out because you didn’t make a dime.  But your aunt came in and put in 40 people and made that sponsor more money.  Guess who he’s sending over to his next save the day opportunity?  Thats right… the people from your list that will sponsor more people.

People we have this thing called the World Wide Web with billions of people on it and any given point in the day.

Use It!

Trust me on your friends and family… “If you build it They will come”

Rule 5

I Have No Marketing Budget

Always remember that you are starting a new business.  You have to have something set aside to market that business.  It could be as little as 10 bucks but always have something devoted to marketing that business and stay to it.

Don’t over spend!  You always have to earn that money back.  Unless you in something like Telexfree that you assured of making a certain amount than be very careful with your marketing dollars.  For instance, if you spend 100 dollars on a email campaign know how many people you have to sign up to get that back.  If it doesn’t make sense Than Don’t Do It!

Rule 6

Return On Investment

I hit on a bit ago.. try to find something that will give you a nice base.  The last thing you want is starting a business hoping to strike it rich.  Go into it making money like it was the plan.  Telexfree is one of those where if you do 5 minutes of work a day you will get paid up 100 bucks a week.  So if I try some marketing for a 100 that doesn’t work, it doesn’t sting as bad.

You don’t expect to walk up to a penny slot and win a million bucks do you?

You shouldn’t with your business either.

I hoped these rules will help you in finding both the right business for you and one you can make money in.  After all, isn’t that why we all go into business.

I leave you with one more.

Never Forget Your Team!

Your team will make or break you.  Stay positive and upbeat and always look to serve first!  The more you help them the more you will see your business grow.  It’s all about building a strong team that enjoy what they’re doing.  Don’t over sell them with tools, new programs, etc.  Give them nothing but great value, and tools that will only help their business.
